Was my purchase completed successfully?

After purchasing a product, you will receive a purchase confirmation email informing you about the specific details of the transaction.

What is the shipping time?

The average delivery time for the entire Iberian Peninsula from the confirmation of the purchase is 24/48 hours.

Purchases made before 2:00 pm will arrive the next business day unless there are stock issues.

My order arrived defective, what should I do?

No problem. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately, and ideally as soon as possible after receiving your order. Once notified, we will collect the product from you and send a replacement at no additional cost.


Does it have a warranty? For how long?

All our products have a 2-year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase.

Normal wear and tear, loss, or theft are not covered under warranty. For all warranty claims and repair requests, you must retain your purchase receipt or invoice.

Cash on delivery: how does it work?

Cash on delivery incurs an additional charge of €3, payable upon delivery of the package. Cash on delivery is not available for international shipments.

I have reserved a "SOLD OUT" or "PREORDER" product. When will it arrive?

Due to the high turnover of our products, those reserved in "SOLD OUT" or "PREORDER" will reach customers as soon as we replenish stock.

If, after one month from the purchase, the delivery has not been made, the consumer will be refunded the money paid for the reservation.
