5 Tips to enjoy this summer with your wooden sunglasses

Summer is getting closer every day, although in most of Spain the high temperatures make it feel like it's already here. And, as every year, summer brings with it the desire to enjoy life to the fullest. So, we're getting a head start with these 5 tips to help you avoid feeling like you've wasted the most golden season of the year when September arrives.

1. Open yourself up to new experiences

Summer is the time of year when we feel most free, whether it's because we had vacations as children or because the heat inspires us to have fun at every turn. But if you want to enjoy it to the fullest, you have to go a little further than usual and allow yourself to break with everything. Try something new, treat yourself, or several treats, carry out that plan that's been on your mind for so long but that you never got around to, or on the contrary, go for the first idea that pops into your head. At this time of year, anything goes, so don't spend all day sunbathing—there's a whole world to discover out there!

2. Try a new sport

Following on from the previous advice, a great way to do this is to try a new sport. And since it's summer, even better if it's a water sport. At this time of year, most of us find ourselves closer to the sea than usual. If you're one of those people who get bored after five minutes of sunbathing and you're looking for a bit of adrenaline, try kitesurfing like our #FelerTeam rider Thiago Arteaga . You can also let yourself be pulled along by wakeboarding or water skiing. Or you can go straight for surfing or windsurfing. None of these activities are sure to leave you indifferent.

If, on the other hand, you're already stressed enough at work and are looking for a more relaxing experience, try paddleboarding. Kayaking is also a fun alternative if you prefer to sit down. Or, if you're looking for a more direct connection with nature, then diving is for you.

3. Travel to at least one place you don't know.
They say that travel is the only thing money can buy that will make you richer. And it's absolutely true. When we travel, our minds open to new horizons, we leave prejudices behind, and we learn with every step and every new experience. There are countless proven physical and psychological benefits to this practice, and now it's easier than ever to enjoy them. If you can afford it, book a flight to the place you've always wanted to visit and don't hesitate any longer. But you don't need to travel the world to find yourself; in Spain, we have thousands of breathtaking landscapes. It depends on your taste whether you head to a big city or seek the tranquility of a secluded cove along the coast. In the end, it's about enjoying the journey; traveling is living, and we love to live.

4. Put on some lotion!

We don't want to sound like your mom at the beach when you were five, but as strange as it may sound, yes, she was right. In summer, we tend to extend our schedules and be a little more disorganized than usual; we relax and sometimes forget something important. But we must be very careful. If we want to enjoy our sunny adventures, we have to protect ourselves, so never leave your sunscreen at home.

5. Don't forget your wooden sunglasses

And finally, we have to sing our own praises. There's nothing we love more than seeing you enjoy life with the Live Well philosophy. So, don't forget your Feler wooden sunglasses this summer, and above all, don't forget to share it with us using the hashtag #FelerPeople . Remember, "Love what you do and share it with the world."

Now, if you've read this post and you're eager to fully enjoy the summer, but you can't fulfill point 5 because you don't yet have your FELER wooden sunglasses , don't worry, we'll make it easy for you!
